Funds for literature exchange will be combined

It will be more clear and easier for applicants to apply for support for the export and exchange of literature from the Danish Arts Foundation. Therefore, there will now be two funds to apply to for foreign activities, translations, etc.

Today, there are five funds for literature support for foreign activities. In order to make it more clear and easier for applicants, the funds are now being combined into two funds.

The two new funds

In the new year, when you apply for literature export and exchange, you should use the two new funds:

You can still apply for the same purposes, and it will be possible to apply for a number of projects and events at the same time.

Application deadlines in 2019

Each fund will have two annual application deadlines. In 2019, you can apply for the following deadlines:

1 March: Danish Literature Abroad and Foreign Literature in Denmark
1 April: Danish and Foreign Literature for Children and Young Adults
1 September: Danish Literature Abroad and Foreign Literature in Denmark
1 October: Foreign Literature for Children and Young Adults

The application modules for the two funds will be made available on an ongoing basis at kunst.dk.
