Cinars
The Danish Arts Council’s Committee for Performing Arts was represented at the NORDIC SQUARE at CINARS 2010 in Montreal from November 15 to 21, 2010.
The partners behind the joint appearance were Dance Info Finland, Loco Motion (Sweden), the Norwegian Association for Performing Arts – NAPA, the Finnish Circus Information Centre and the Danish Arts Agency.
All in all there were 25 Nordic organisations represented at CINARS. In addition to the five main partners, the NORDIC SQUARE represented 15 dance and circus companies. Five other companies had their own exhibition booths near the NORDIC SQUARE.
Tanzmesse
The Danish Arts Council's Committee for Performing Arts was also represented at Tanzmesse NRW in Düsseldorf.
Danish Dance
On the following pages you will find information about Danish contemporary dance companies and choreographers who have the experience, the desire and the ability to work internationally. These companies were all represented at Cinars and Tanzmesse.
